Responsibilities:

• Prepare, place, and finish concrete for commercial projects
• Screed, edge, hand float/trowel finish, and trowel machine concrete to achieve a smooth, flat, and durable finish
• Read site conditions and work with the crew to ensure proper timing and finishing techniques
• Assist with forming, site preparation, and job site setup as needed
• Work as part of a team to keep job sites organized, efficient, and respectful of customer property
• Maintain quality standards and ensure work meets Crouse Concrete expectations for craftsmanship
• Contribute to a positive and safe work environment
• Assist with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of trowel machine finishing experiencing.
• Must have personal smartphone for time tracking and communication with team
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs. and assist with loading tools and equipment
• Must have drivers license and transportation to get to work
